Since all our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or frame selection by the customer
• Personal preference after delivery

Please review your order details carefully before placing an order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Acrylic photo frames
• Customized prints with uploaded photos
• Products with names, text, or special designs
• Made-to-order or bulk orders

✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect product (wrong size, frame, or print)

🕒 Reporting an Issue

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share clear photos of:
   • The damaged product
   • Outer packaging
   • Order invoice or order ID

🔄 Replacement Process

• Once approved, we will reprint and replace the product at no additional cost.
• Replacement orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

• Replacement is not possible
• Product damage is confirmed

We use high-quality protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, in rare cases of courier damage, we’ve got you covered.
